About Maria of Egypt

A life shaped by ancient wisdom, lived in modern times.

This isn't the story of someone who's arrived. It's the story of a woman still walking her own path of alignment — choosing presence over perfection, and truth over comfort, one step at a time.

About Maria

Her story

Maria was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, before her family resettled in Cornwall, England — a childhood stitched between two worlds, ancient and modern, at once. Nothing in the years since has run in a straight line: reinvention after reinvention, expansion after expansion, each one earned through both triumph and struggle.

What she teaches today isn't theory borrowed from a textbook. It's a practice she is still living into herself. She knows what it feels like to carry ambition until it turns heavy. She knows the particular exhaustion of burnout, and the long pull back toward vitality and clarity that follows it. And she knows, just as intimately, the strength that rises the moment body, mind, and spirit finally align.

"I don't teach from a place of perfection. I'm walking this path myself — refining and learning every day."

Her Framework

Not theory.
A tradition.

Her framework isn't a trend she picked up. It's a discipline thousands of years old, rebuilt for a modern leader's life.

Her work is rooted in the ancient Egyptian Per Ankh — the House of Life — where healing and leadership were never taught as separate disciplines. They were one. Out of that tradition comes the Sacred Bodies of Alignment™, the framework she uses to guide leaders and visionaries back to something more honest than success: wholeness.

Unlike most mentors, she doesn't stand outside the work she teaches. She's inside it — refining her own alignment in real time, which is exactly what makes the practice honest instead of performed. She understands the weight of ambition, responsibility, and reinvention because she is still carrying it herself.

Maria of Egypt

"You won't find surface-level fixes or recycled strategies here."

Instead, a considered blend of ancient wisdom and modern alignment practice — the kind that restores balance to body, mind, and spirit, and holds through the long work of real transformation. Built for leaders and visionaries who want more than success: renewal, wholeness, and a way of leading that doesn't cost them themselves.
