Maria was born and raised in Cairo, then moved with her family to Cornwall, England — shaped by both tradition and modernity from the start. Her path since has been anything but linear: full of reinventions, expansions, and lessons carved through both triumph and struggle.

She knows what it feels like to carry ambition so large it becomes heavy. She knows the exhaustion of burnout, and the long, quiet pull back toward vitality. That lived understanding — not a script — is what she brings into every room, every session, every conversation.

That understanding was first trained in a clinic, not a studio. Maria has practiced for years as a pharmacist working alongside ancient healing traditions, and carried that same clinical rigor into more than fifteen years building across healthcare, property, and transformational wellness — as a founder, a cross-border investor between the UK, US, and Egypt, and now an MBA candidate sharpening the business edge of her work.

Today, that work is built around the Sacred Bodies of Alignment™ — a framework drawn from ancient Egyptian teaching and rebuilt for modern leaders who want more than success. For renewal. For wholeness. For a way of leading that doesn't cost them themselves.

It's the throughline behind everything she's built since: VYV House of Life, the leadership and wellness model she founded and now runs as CEO for founders and high-performing leaders, and the wider Maria of Egypt platform — spanning House of Life Dialogues and the Blue Lotus Salon. In April 2026 she brought that same voice to the stage at Startup Olé in Miami, and continues to speak, mentor, and write from the same place: clinical rigor, founder-level candor, and a cross-cultural view of ambition, resilience, and reinvention.
